Buying farm-direct from RoseSource.com flower farms through our revolutionary logistics system (developed through our Strategic Alliance with FedEx), we are able to delivery to your door - directly from our South American flower farms – flowers that are on average 7-10 days fresher than any other flowers you can purchase in your local market. These are proven statistics from an independent university study conducted by FedEx. It makes sense. We’re eliminating the middlemen with their warehouses and long-distance trucking routes and, of course, all their markups along the way.
On-time Delivery:
Free shipping shouldn’t mean your flowers may or may not arrive on your requested delivery date. We use FedEx Priority Overnight Express Shipping so you know you’ll receive your flowers on-time and in perfect condition.

| Description | Your Wedding-in-a-box floral arrangements are prepared on our award-winning Colombian flower farm by a team of experienced floral designers that handcraft each order to the exact specifications you choose in the product options above. Your arrangements will arrive as shown in the diagrams below.
For Wedding-in-a-Box orders, please allow three weeks minimum lead time. For rush deliveries (less than three weeks lead time), please call us toll-free 1-866-969-7673 as we may be able to accommodate your order. Rush orders are subject to a $200 surcharge. That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Double Backup Replacement Plan. We guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee freshness. We guarantee on-time delivery. Your wedding is one of the most important days in your life. We understand that. That’s why we left nothing to chance. If you are not satisfied with your flower arrangements, we'll immediately set it right. Here’s how it works: 1. Your wedding flower arrangements are delivered via FedEx Express Priority Service three days before your wedding in a carefully designed wedding flower box. The box is extra thick for added strength. The built-in box inserts maintain all the arrangements firmly in the box, free of damage. Slits in the sides of the boxes allow adequate ventilation for the flowers to breath during their brief trip to you. However, if any problem arises and you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the floral arrangements, we can immediately react and have another shipment sent to you the next day. 2. In the unlikely event there is still a problem after sending you your replacement box, we will work through our network of over 19,000 same-day U.S. florists who will fulfill the order or any remaining problem arrangements at our cost. Box Design and Structure The patented box, engineered specifically to protect your wedding flower arrangements, was rigorously tested, then further refined and can withstand over 600 pounds of weight. The box contains three separate compartments: 1. An inner tray with flower placeholder compartments. 2. The main folding box. 3. An outside reinforced shipping shell. The interior tray is custom die-cut to hold each arrangement tightly in place. Each arrangement is further strapped in with Velcro-like “seatbelts”. To keep the flowers properly hydrated during shipping, each arrangement is transported with the stems inserted into individual water tubes or wrapped in sponge bags. Included in each shipment is flower food and a CD video explaining how to unpack and care for the floral arrangements. In the unlikely event there is any problem with your arrangements when they arrive, contact our customer service center immediately and we’ll send replacement arrangements for next day delivery.  |
RoseSource.com uses FedEx for delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 4:30pm on your chosen delivery date, however in most delivery locations your flowers will be delivered before 12:00pm (noon). Delivery time depends on service availability to your delivery address. Please contact FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX) and ask them for the guaranteed delivery time for your specified delivery zip code.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.
We recommend that you arrange to have your flowers delivered 2 to 3 days in advance if they are for your special event. For a Saturday wedding, for example, your flowers should be delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday before the ceremony.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a $15 per box delivery surcharge. Sorry, we do not currently ship outside the United States.
In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx may require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. If you prefer to have FedEx leave your package at your door without your signature, you will need to contact FedEx prior to your delivery to provide them with your authorization.
