Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: At RoseSource.com, we insist on sending you the highest quality and freshest rose available. We’re so confident in our quality and freshness that we guarantee our product 100%.

If, however, you are not satisfied with a box of flowers, you should call our office, 1-866-969-3737, the same day as delivery. We will arrange for immediate pickup of the box and will either credit your account 100% or offer a 100% refund. This policy is limited to one box per shipment. We may request you email us digital proof along with your written explanation so that we can thoroughly investigate the problem directly with our farms.

As cut flowers are perishable, RoseSource.com can only consider a credit when the claim is made the same day as the shipment is delivered. Upon inspection of the returned box we will decide if our quality is up to your standards for future shipments. A 25% cancellation fee applies on all orders not yet shipped or packaged. No cancellations are allowed once flowers are packaged and/or shipped.

Please remember that RoseSource.com will not accept claims for more than one box per shipment and all original contents must be included with your return. Your decision to purchase from RoseSource.com confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.

Q: Will there be a steady weekly supply on varieties I like, especially during a Holiday time?
A: We carry over 100 of the most popular roses along with dozens of other flowers for all occassions. In addition to our retail customers, we specialize in supplying wedding and special event coordinators with the variety and quantity they need. Q: Can I depend on fixed prices if I set up a standing order?
A: Yes. Customers who commit to a weekly or bi-weekly standing order are assured of fixed prices year around. Standing order customers receive first priority on all product availability.

Q: How do you pack the flowers?
A: We pack in three different box sizes. The largest hold approximately 12-16 bunches of roses. All flowers are hydrated on our farm and our boxes are pre-cooled before shipping. Our packaging is designed to endure a minimum of two days in transit.

Q: We are a small florist, is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Our most popular rose box holds 150-200 stems, depending on the sizes selected. However, we do offer boxes that allow you to purchase as few as 75 roses. For larger florists, we can handle any size order.

Q: How do I get a price on the flowers I’d like to order?
A: In order to pass on the lowest possible prices to our customers, we do not post our prices on RoseSource.com. Prices vary depending on the number of roses ordered, stem length, month of delivery and zip code for delivery. As such, in order to pass on the lowest prices possible, we kindly request you call us at your convenience so that one of our trained sales representatives can work with you on an individual basis to ensure you get the lowest price possible. Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order as soon as you can. With your order, we will email you a confirmation of your order. By placing your order early, you lock into our harvest schedule before it we sell out.
