We placed an order for roses and hydrengeas for my daughter's June 12th wedding. We received varification of the order and a follow up phone call on when to expect the flowers and how to prep them on arrival. Thursday afternoon before the Saturday wedding, the flowers had not arrived. When called they said the shipment was cancelled do to non payment. Payment was processed the day after the order. They couldn't do anything for us. They couldn't verify payment until the next day and the flowers could not be sent overnight. My daughter & I spent the rest of the afternoon running all around town buying up flowers at a higher cost and not the flowers she had wanted for her wedding. It took another 18 days to get my refund.

Very friendly and gave good suggestions. The quality of the flowers was amazing!!!!! Many people made comments concerning the beautiful flowers!!! You are a wonderful company!
